I love this on all kinds of things... Prime Rib, Roast Beef or Roast Pork Sandwiches, French Dip (a must have), and a variety of Potatoes. The version here is the one I use at home, for me, and about the only thing I adjust to meet the targeted food item is that for meats I usually add Scallions, but for potatoes I usually add Fresh Chives.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream I use Fat Free - all the other ingredients mask any real noticiable difference between Fat Free and regular.
- 2 tbsps. Horseradish, White, Prepared Squeeze out excess juice.
- 2 tbsps. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- 1 each Scallion, chopped (or Chives for meat dishes, or both)
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper, Black, Fresh Ground
Servings: 2 oz. servings

Instructions
- In a small bowl: Add all the ingredients and mix till combined and smooth.
- Put in a sealed container a refrigerate till needed.
