This is another Baby Watson's recipe that I inherited, and it was so long ago that I don't remember if and how I modified it, but here it is anyway. This recipe makes about 5-1/2 gallons of dressing.

This is another Baby Watson's recipe that I inherited, and it was so long ago that I don't remember if and how I modified it, but here it is anyway. This recipe makes about 5-1/2 gallons of dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Dry Mustard
- 4 gallons Mayonnaise
- 10 lb. Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp. Pepper, White, Ground
- 1 tbsp. Cayanne Pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp. Chili Powder, Dark
- 2 cups Soybean Oil
- 1 cup Sugar, Granulated
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 cups Water, Cold

Instructions
- Soak the Dry Mustard in 4 cups Cold Water for 1 hour.
- Put all of the ingredients in a large mixer with a paddle attachment.
- Mix on low for about 30 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl, and mix for about 10 more minutes.
- Store in air-tight containers and refrigerate. DO NOT FREEZE!!
