This is one of my all time favorite dressings. It probably shows up on here elsewhere and perhaps slightly modified as I took it with me everywhere I went as either a dressing or as an ingredient in other recipes. I'm not 100% sure of its origins, but I believe it was, or a version of it was, the house dressing at Allison's in New Hope, PA, around 1980. Anyway, I love this dressing. This recipe makes about 8 gallons of dressing.

Ingredients
- 6 gallons Mayonnaise
- 6 cups Soybean Oil
- 1-1/2 cups Garlic, Granulated
- 6 tbsp. Sea Salt
- 6 tbsp. Pepper, White, Ground
- 2 tbsp. Cayanne Pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp. Chili Powder, Dark
- 6 cups Cidar Vinegar
- 6 lbs. Sugar, Granulated
- 1/2 gallon Milk

Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a large mixer with a paddle attachment.
- Mix on low for about 30 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl, and mix for about 10 more minutes.
- Store in air-tight containers and refrigerate. DO NOT FREEZE!!
