Sauerkraut with Beer 01
This is pretty much my favorite way to prepare Sauerkraut. It is my take on an idea I got while cooking at the Havana Restaurant in New Hope, PA… thank you Ronny.

Instructions
  1. Drain the liquid from the Sauerkraut and put it in a small pot or sauté pan.
  2. Sprinkle the top with the Caraway Seeds.
  3. Add the beer.
  4. Cook on medium heat until the liquids are level with the Sauerkraut.
  5. Use immediately, or store in an air-tight container and refrigerate for future use.
