This is pretty much my favorite way to prepare Sauerkraut. It is my take on an idea I got while cooking at the Havana Restaurant in New Hope, PA... thank you Ronny.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sauerkraut, prepared (typically 1 consumer size bag)
- 1 12 oz. Beer Good quality beer
- 1 tbsp. Caraway Seeds
Servings: 4 oz. servings

Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the Sauerkraut and put it in a small pot or sauté pan.
- Sprinkle the top with the Caraway Seeds.
- Add the beer.
- Cook on medium heat until the liquids are level with the Sauerkraut.
- Use immediately, or store in an air-tight container and refrigerate for future use.
