This is a bulk dressing recipe I picked up some time in the 1980's and probably associated with either Pickle's or the Backstage Restaurant... two names for the same place under different owners. Pretty much the standard; nothing to see here. Makes about 250 oz., or 2 gallons of dressing.

Ingredients
- 3/4 gallon Mayonnaise
- 1 #10 can Tomato Catsup (114 oz.) Tomato Ketsup is also acceptable.
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper, White, Ground
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic, Granulated
- 1 cup Relish Well Drained
Servings: 2 oz. servings

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix till well combined. Store in appropriate size containers and refrigerate, well sealed. DO NOT FREEZE!!
