Straightforward Good Old American Chicken Salad; this is the Bulk Recipe I developed for Baby Watson's. The only thing that stands out here are the raisins; not sure if that was a regional thing - New England, or a leftover Hippie Thing - 1980's in Cambridge, but it does add a little bit of welcome sweetness to the salad. This recipe makes about 8 gallons, or 64 pounds of Chicken Salad.
