Ingredients
Salad Ingredients...
- 4 tbsps. Caesar Salad Dressing My recipe to follow,or use a good store bought dressing.
- 8-12 each Croutons My recipe is below, or use store bought.
- 1 handful Lettuce, Romaine, Rough Chopped Well cleaned and spun dry.
- 1 tbsp. Olives, Black, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Pimentoes, diced
- 1-2 tbsps. Parmesan Cheese, Fresh, grated
- 2 each Anchovies
Caesar Salad Dressing Ingredients...
- 10 cloves Garlic, Fresh, minced
- 1 oz. Anchovies, muddled
- 1/2 lb. Parmesan Cheese, Fresh, grated
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- 1 dash Pepper, White, Ground
- 1 tbps. Garlic, Granulated
- 7/8 gallon Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
Crouton Ingredients...
- 1/4 loaf French Bread, cubed Use a any harder bread, day old, cut into 1/2 to 1" cubes.
- 1-2 tbsps. Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tbsp. Black Pepper, Course Ground
- 1/2 tbsp. Garlic, Granulated
- 1 tbsp. Italian Parsley, Fresh, chopped

The Caear Salad...
- Place 4 tbsps.. Caesar Salad Dressing in large mixing bowl.
- Add some croutons and a handful of rough chopped romaine lettuce.
- Mix well.
- Fold out onto a large round plate. Top with sliced black olives, diced pimentos, grated parmesan cheese and 2 anchovies.
Caesar Salad Dressing...
- In a large mixing bowl: Whisk together the Olive Oil, Garlic, Anchovies, Parmesan Cheese, Sea Salt, Tabasco Sauce, Pepper and Granulated Garlic.
- Process all in a blender in small batches.
- Pour the batches of dressing into another large bowl, mix well, and place in a container(s). Refrigerate till needed. DOES NOT FREEZE WELL.
The Croutons...
- Place the Bread Cubes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the Sea Salt, Pepper, Parsley and Garlic.
- Sprinkle the Olive Oil over the croutons and stir.
- Fold out onto a lined sheet tray and bake at 450 degrees F until golden brown. Keep a watch on them in the over as they can over cook and burn very quickly.
