Blue Cheese Dressing (Baby Watson’s)
This is the Blue Cheese Dressing recipe that I developed for Baby Watson’s outlets in the Boston area way back in the 80’s. It makes 8 gallons of dressing, so you might need to scale it back a bit for home use.

Ingredients

gallons
Mayonnaise
10
lbs.
Sour Cream
7
lbs.
Blue Cheese, crumbled
2
tbsp.
Garlic, Granulated
2
tbsp.
Sea Salt
2
tbsp.
Pepper, White, Ground
2
cups
Soybean Oil
1
cup
White Vinegar
2
cups
Milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large mixer with the Paddle attachment and mix on low till well blended, or about 30 minutes.
Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix for a few more minutes.
Store in gallon containers, or small for convenience, and refrigerate.
DO NOT FREEZE!!
