This is not my favorite Tempura Batter as it is starting from a mix, but it is part of a wider recipe here and I apparently used it to some success at sometime in the past. My favorite Tempura Batter is a from scratch recipe with some beer and a lot of love in it... I'll put it up on here somewhere.

Ingredients
- 1 recipe Prepared Tempura Mix as per package instructions
- 6 each Egg Whites slightly beaten
- 1 unit Water as per package instructions
Servings: batch of batter

Instructions
- Add Water to Prepared Tempura Mix as directed by the package, and whisk well.
- Add the Egg Whites and whisk well.
- Refrigerate covered when not in use.
Recipe Notes
It's hard to say how much batter this makes as it relies on amounts given on the package, but you get the idea.
