This is the Blue Cheese Dressing recipe that I developed for Baby Watson's outlets in the Boston area way back in the 80's. It makes 8 gallons of dressing, so you might need to scale it back a bit for home use.

Ingredients
- 4 gallons Mayonnaise
- 10 lbs. Sour Cream
- 7 lbs. Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp. Garlic, Granulated
- 2 tbsp. Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp. Pepper, White, Ground
- 2 cups Soybean Oil
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 2 cups Milk
Servings: 2 oz. servings

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large mixer with the Paddle attachment and mix on low till well blended, or about 30 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix for a few more minutes.
- Store in gallon containers, or small for convenience, and refrigerate.
- DO NOT FREEZE!!
Recipe Notes
All way keep refrigerated.
Keeps about 4 weeks after opening, but check.
